By purchasing any of Fashioned’s services, you agree to the following terms:
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Fashioned, a sole proprietorship offering personal styling, wardrobe consulting, and shopping services.
Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made online via the Wix calendar and secured with full payment via Paystack, excluding the Whole Package service, which can be booked by contacting us.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Travel fees will apply for in-person services at the client’s home if the travel exceeds 50km outside of Midstream Estate. This will be charged at R4.50 per km and is payable the day before your booked appointment via EFT. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the paid appointment amount forfeited.
Cancellations & Refunds

Once an appointment has been booked and paid for, no refunds will be granted.

Should you need to reschedule, you can do so within 90 days of the original booking date, as long as 24 hours notice is given. Rescheduled bookings must be sent in writing via email and can't be done through the booking calendar.

Please note that since all services are paid for upfront, no-shows or late cancellations will be charged for in full.

Rescheduling can only be done once within the 90-day period, as above.
Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of when the client arrives.

Should we run out of time, and our session is not complete, the required time to complete the service will be charged at R900 for each hour over your scheduled time, or part thereof. If I have another appointment after yours, that time will have to be scheduled for a future date.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened. No partial refunds will be given for the lost time.
Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to complete any intake or style questionnaires before the session.

Accurate information is essential for personalised recommendations.
Service Scope

Styling advice is based on the client’s body type, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.

Fashioned does not guarantee the availability of clothing items during a shopping trip. All efforts will go towards making sure we shop at stores for your specific items, but I can’t guarantee the availability of these items on the day of the shopping trip.
Image Rights
With written consent, Fashioned may use before/after images and testimonials for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
I respect the privacy of all my clients. All personal details will be kept confidential and used only in rendering the agreed-upon services. Marketing will only be sent to clients with their express permission, through opting in to receive my newsletter. This is according to South African law, and the POPI act.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Merchandise

All returns of merchandise purchased during our shopping trips will be the client’s responsibility.

All payments for clothing during our shopping trips will be for the client, and according to their budget.
