Refund Policy
Refunds and Cancellations
1. Once an appointment has been booked and paid for, no refunds will be granted. Should you need to reschedule, you can do so within 90 days of the original booking date, as long as 24 hour notice is given.
2. Please note that since all services are paid for upfront, no-shows, or late cancellations will be charged for in full.
3. Rescheduling can only be done once within the 90 day period, as above.
